Terms of Service

1. Provider identification and agency status

Acts as agent, not operator, under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР 'On Tourism' dated 15 September 1995 (Закон України № 324/95-ВР «Про туризм»). Provided under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 3 September 2015 (Закон України № 675-VIII «Про електронну комерцію»).

2. Booking and pre-contract information

Bookings are confirmed after availability check and payment. Price and currency (UAH) are shown before order. Service restrictions, hostel age rules (under 18 requires a legal guardian; some hostels require 18+), cancellation, refund and complaint terms are disclosed before contract under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' dated 12 May 1991 (Закон України № 1023-XII «Про захист прав споживачів»).

3. Payment, cancellation and complaints

Prices include the agency fee unless stated. Supplier cancellation terms apply. Refunds go to the original payment method within statutory periods. Complaints: contact@qdelzorix.com with booking reference; we respond within 10 business days. Consumers may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to court under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII.

4. Travel documents and privacy

You are responsible for valid passports, visas, insurance and entry rules. Personal data is processed under our privacy notice; non-essential cookies/trackers need prior opt-in consent under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 1 December 2022 (Закон України № 3153-IX «Про захист персональних даних»).
