Hold a place on a European city break

Send the departure code from the departures table and we reply with the bed, the connection and the full ledger in writing.

Codes look like KYV-KRK-0412. Replies arrive within one working day, and nothing is charged before you confirm the total.

After you send the request

What happens next

A person reads your departure code and answers with a seat count. Here is the full sequence, including what we do when a connection fails.

    Reply within one working day

    We check seats on your chosen departure and answer from contact@qdelzorix.com. If the train or coach is full, you get the nearest date on the same route, not a substitute city.

  2. 02

    Seat and bed held for 48 hours

    The hold costs nothing. Transport, bed, city tax and booking fee stay on one line total until you confirm, and nothing is charged before that confirmation arrives in writing.

  3. 03

    Balance schedule

    A deposit secures the seat, the balance falls due ten days before departure. Hostel details, reception hours and the walk to the station are sent with the deposit receipt, so you can plan the arrival evening.

  4. 04

    Disruption procedure

    A carrier cancellation, a missed connection or a border delay each have a written step: we rebook the next available service and cap the rebooking fee at EUR 30 per person. Unused bed nights are refunded.
