Whether we act as agent or operator, together with the content of the tourist service, the total price and its currency, applicable restrictions, cancellation and refund terms and the complaint procedure, is disclosed to you before you place an order, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' dated 15 September 1995 and Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' dated 12 May 1991.
